Shipping Policy
All orders take a minimum of 3 to weeks and a MAX of 4 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped out. We are a small team so please allow us grace. Once tracking is received allow 2-3 business days to see an update on your tracking link. Once items are scanned through shipping carrier, it is out of our hands as we do not control how shipping carriers transport items. PLEASE stay up to date with your tracking, if items on tracking come up as “delivered” we cannot replace “missing” items with no proof of said issue. When you receive tracking your are advised to add your mobile number to ensure you are notified when your  package moves. 

 

Return Policy
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ITEMS UNLESS THERE ARE DAMAGE DONE TO ITEMS WHEN YOU RECEIVED THEM. IN THAT CASE EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.(Due to COVID-19 we ask that you inquire about sizing BEFORE you purchase as we do not want to put anyone else to be put at risk including the team at DEXTER)
